<p>We understand the importance of a seamless user experience, which is why there are no intrusive pop-up advertisements to distract you during this critical time. Our commitment is to provide convenience and peace of mind when you need it most.</p>

<h3>How to use:</h3>
<ol>
  <li>When your contractions start, simply touch the "contraction started" button located on the bottom right of the screen.</li>
  <li>When your contractions stop, touch the "contraction stopped" button, and the status will change to "relax" mode.</li>
  <li>In case of recording errors, easily delete a specific record by sliding it to the left.</li>
  <li>If you wish to erase all data, touch the arrow button (initialization button) on the upper right side of the screen.</li>
  <li>An alarm will sound if your contraction cycle becomes less than 5 minutes, indicating that it's time to head to the hospital.</li>
</ol>

<p>Additionally, if you are unsure about distinguishing between true labor contractions and Braxton Hicks contractions, refer to the helpful text provided on the screen.</p>
