How to use:

1. When your contractions start, simply touch the "contraction started" button located on the bottom right of the screen.
2. When your contractions stop, touch the "contraction stopped" button, and the status will change to "relax" mode.
3. In case of recording errors, easily delete a specific record by sliding it to the left.
4. If you wish to erase all data, touch the arrow button (initialization button) on the upper right side of the screen.
5. An alarm will sound if your contraction cycle becomes less than 5 minutes, indicating that it's time to head to the hospital.

Additionally, if you are unsure about distinguishing between true labor contractions and Braxton Hicks contractions, refer to the helpful text provided on the screen.
